Name, destination, pax, budget, source and assigned agent. Editing here updates the pipeline card in real time.

Activities

Calls, WhatsApp, emails and notes appear in reverse chronological order. Every event is timestamped and attributed to a user.

Documents

Quotations, itineraries, vouchers and traveller documents (passport, visa) are attached to the lead so nothing gets lost between apps.
