Maintained by TraWe to explain what data we handle and what rights you have. Not a certification — it reflects the controls we operate today.

1. Who we are

TraWe is a product of TraWe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("TraWe", "we", "our"), incorporated in India.

This page is maintained by TraWe to explain what personal data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, agency name, GSTIN, PAN and role — provided when you sign up or invite a teammate.

Content you create: leads, itineraries, quotations, invoices, uploads and messages sent through the product.

Traveller data your agency uploads: passport details, visa scans, contact info. You are the data fiduciary; TraWe is the processor.

Product telemetry: pages viewed, features used, error traces — used to fix bugs and improve the product. Never sold.

3. How we use it

To deliver the service you signed up for and keep it running securely.

To deliver account and service messages through configured services. Contact and privacy requests are not marketing subscriptions.

To meet legal obligations — tax records, valid law enforcement requests.

4. Where your data lives

Hosting and connected-service locations depend on service configuration. We do not claim that all data remains in India.

Row-level security isolates every agency's data at the database level.

5. Sub-processors

See the DPDP page for an overview of infrastructure, AI and agency-connected services used by TraWe.

6. Your rights (DPDP Act)

Request access, correction, updation or erasure using our privacy request form or Settings → Privacy & account deletion. We verify identity and authority before acting.

Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Request withdrawal of consent through the same form. Withdrawal may limit account access; required legal retention may still apply.

7. Retention

Active accounts: retained while your subscription is active.

Deletion and retention are reviewed against the purpose of processing and applicable legal obligations. An account deletion request does not automatically erase shared agency or financial records.

8. Contact

Grievance Officer (India): Atul Bharti. Phone: +91 9311784451. Submit a grievance through the privacy request form.
