Build a hotel rate book that stays fresh
Structuring EP/CP/MAP/AP rates by season, and how to update rates in bulk when suppliers revise pricing.
A stale rate book is worse than no rate book — you will quote a rate you cannot honour. Keep it fresh with the workflow below.
Structure
For every hotel, store per-room-type rates across four meal plans and at least three seasons (peak, shoulder, off). TraWe supports date ranges per season.
Bulk updates
When a supplier revises rates, use the CSV export, edit, re-import loop. TraWe versions rate cards so historical quotes remain accurate.
Approvals
Only Managers and Owners can publish new rate cards. Agents see the currently published version.
