Constraints first
Lead with pax, dates, budget range, pace, must-see, must-avoid. The copilot honours what you tell it explicitly.
One question at a time
Instead of asking for a full itinerary, ask for a skeleton. Then ask for day 3 alternatives. Then ask for a hotel swap.
